2:00 A.M.    Meet at Southern Coffey County High School, LeRoy, KS, North Gym Entrance (Rolls, Coffee, Juice)

2:30 A.M.      Bus Departs LeRoy ( Heartland Bus Company)

2:45A.M.       Stop at Burlington-For some to board @ Coffey County Medical Center

3:05 A.M.      Stop at BETO Junction- For some to board

3:30 A.M.       Stop at LOVE"S Travel Stop in Ottawa- For some to board

5:00 A.M.      Arrive at Southwest Airlines Terminal and unload: *Picture I.D. Required at security *Only bring carry-on luggage

6:55 A.M.       Flight to Baltimore ( Southwest Airlines Flight #2323)

10:15 A.M.       Deplane, go to RR and board tour bus for Washington D.C.

10:30A.M.      Depart Baltimore Airport (Box Lunch on Trip to DC)

11:25 A.M.      Drive by Capitol Hill  if time

11:30 A.M.      Arrive at Navy Memorial

12:15 A.M.     Depart Navy Memorial

12:30 P.M.      Arrive at Arlington National Cemetery

1:00 P.M.     Arrive at Navy Memorial

12:15 P.M.      Depart Navy Memorial

12:30 P.M.     Arrive at Arlington National Cemetery

1:00 P.M.       Changing of the Guard

1:30 P.M.       Depart Arlington National Cemetery

1:40 P.M.       Arrive at Iwo Jima Marine Memorial

2:05 P.M.       Depart Iwo Jima Marine Memorial

2:15 P.M.      Arrive Air Force Memorial

3:00 P.M.      Depart Air Force Memorial

4:30 P.M.       Evening Meal at Golden Corral, Hanover, MD

6:00 P.M.       Check into Hotel (BWI Hilton, 1739 W. Nursery Rd, Linthicum, MD (410-694-0808)

6:30 PM..    Group Meeting for all Veterans and Guardians followed by Guardians Meeting

10:00 P.M.   For Students-In rooms, lights out

UP TO 9:00 A.M.    Rise and Shine, breakfast and check-out (Free Breakfast Buffet at Hotel)

9:00 A.M.             Depart Hotel for Washington D.C.

10:15 A.M.             Arrive @ World War II Memorial 

11:15 A.M.              Depart World War II Memorial

11:25 A.M.             Lunch  ( Arby's Lunch Boxes) Arrive at Korean, Vietnam Memorials, Lincoln Memorial

1:30 P.M.              Depart previous Memorials

1:40 P.M.              MLK and FDR Memorials

2:30 P.M.             Depart MLK and FDR Memorials

2:40 P.M.             White House (walk and viewing, if time)

3:00 P.M.             Depart Washington

4:15 P.M.              Arrive at Baltimore Airport

4:45 P.M.             Evening Meal at BWI Airport Terminal

6:50 P.M.             Flight from Baltimore to Kansas City ( Southwestern Flight #140)

8:40 P.M.             Arrive at Kansas City

9:00 P.M.             Depart KC for LeRoy

10:00 P.M.            Arrive at LOVE"S Travel Stop in Ottawa

10:30 P.M.            Arrive at BETO Junction

10:50 P.M.            Arrive in Burlington

11:10 A.M.              Arrive in LeRoy
